2.After order cancellation/amendment, a remark is appeared next
to the order status, what does it mean?

* Cancellation/Amendment
Success (The latest cancel/modify instruction is successfully executed).
# Cancellation/Amendment
Fail (The latest cancel/modify instruction is rejected).
@ Cancellation/Amendment
is in progress (The latest cancel/modify instruction is processing and
waiting to be submitted to HKEx).
During trading hour, the transmitted order will be sent to HKEx. Normally,
the order status of the transmitted order will be changed from "Received"

3.How can I use IPPS Payment Services via Internet Explorer?
In order to enjoy
the convenience by IPPS Payment service, please follow the instruction
below to change your cookie setting at your IE browser

Step 2: Click on the

4.How to define the last update time of quote display?(Applicable for Hong Kong stock trading)
The time display for
RTQ users:
- Before 9:00 on Mon - Fri, it will be shown as the time of the last
update on the last trading day.
- During the trading hours (9:00-12:00, 13:00-16:00), it will be shown
as real time quote.
- In the period of the afternoon break (12:00-13:00), it will be shown
as the time of the last update before the break.
- In the period of the non-trading hours (after 16:00), it will be shown
as the time of the last update in the trading hours.
- In the public holiday, the time will be shown as the time of the last
update on the last trading day.
Attention?G
1.If the enquired stock is not existed, expired or the application cannot
get the quote properly, the relevant stock information and last update
time will not be shown.
2.If the enquired stock is suspended, the last update time shown will
be the one before the suspension.
3.If the enquired stock quote is not updated during the day, the update
time shown will be the last update date and time.

5. Are there any messages display in the event of network or application
problems?
In the case of connection
failed, the system will display "System information may be invalided
for system timeout or other system error".
In the case of system error after logged in to the system, the system
will display "Unstable connection or System busy, please check the
network connection status or contact with your Account Executive".
In the case of system error that is not able to detect the purchase of
RTQ, the system will display "RTQ information loading failed, system
will use the delay quote".
